Pradeep Aradhya

Pradeep Aradhya is CEO of Novus Laurus, a digital transformation consulting and investment company. As a thought leader and speaker on digital transformation strategy, clients rely on his unique perspectives to realize new visions for operational efficiencies and sustained revenue growth. Pradeep brings 25 years of experience in digital technologies, acquisitions, as well as business turn arounds and reorganizations in Healthcare, Retail, Finance, Media, and Business Services to drive transformative change. Pradeep invested in and serves as a Board Member at Innovation Women (Executive Committee where he guided the acquisition of two companies). He serves currently on the Board of Advisors for The Suffolk Center For Entrepreneurship and has previously served on the Board of Directors at Starbucks Women’s Impact Network and The Science Club For Girls, the Board of Advisors at XBInsight and at the Sasaki Foundation. 

Murray Cook

Murray has been a senior advisor for international programs and is experienced in multicultural organizational and technology development in more than 15 countries. Most recent activities involve acting as international advisor on specialized adaptation of technology programs for security, surveillance, data acquisition, and threat analysis. Murray brings technical and analytical expertise to the current environment, having worked as an intelligence analyst during the “Cold War” and Reagan’s “Star Wars” program, chief designer and program manager for development of worldwide nuclear survivable communications, consultant to two South American governments on use of advanced technology in drug interdiction and suppression of terrorist activities.

Michelle Flowerman

Michelle Flowerman is a senior marketing executive, formerly with Unilever. She has 15+ years’ experience at category leading global consumer packaged goods brands spanning food, beverage, beauty and personal care. Michelle is passionate about creating a healthier, more sustainable world and working with the next generation of consumer brands as an investor and advisor. Michelle holds an MBA in Marketing & BS in Food Science from Cornell University.

DR. Donna Hamlin, Ph.D.

Board Director, Executive and Advisor in Strategy, Global Governance and Business Transformation and award-winning developer of CASCADE® and Board Bona Fide® management tools. Founder of Boardwise, Inc., leading research and education on governance best practices. She holds Ph.D. and M.S. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and serves clients globally in 56 countries in Business and Governance. A published author, she writes management articles in the area of strategy, brand value management, change and human performance management.

Todd Mitchell

Todd began his career in a small family business and grew this to facilitate a transaction to benefit his parents. He went off to work in and lead medium and large size organizations. Todd has run small services companies as well as large multinational firms, to include the president's role in a 20,000-person organization across five countries.  Todd has experience working with Private Equity firms, public companies and private ownership.  Today, Todd functions as an operating and thinking partner helping emerging brands, tech companies and services organizations unlock growth and potential.
